What is this?

It's not active, it seems the developer abandoned the project. Anyway, yes, this is a DC hub running on Windows. The latest version of the website is 1.5.4.9, but that's over 2 years old. I also found a beta version here, but that's also old (but that includes English language file, you can load it with "Beállítások" >> "Optimalizálás" >> "Alapértelmezett nyelv (Default lang)") --FleetCommand 09:19, 28 January 2006 (EST)
