what the problem to take out all files with subversion? you have batch file with explain everything. one minute and you can edit your mod. i am working with subversion because it more simple to me to know what have change from old version. if you know how use winzip you know to use subversion. thats all.

Not everyone has subversion installed, and having to install it is an artificial barrier to the use of the source code. Yes, it may technically comply with the GPL (I'm not sure it does), but certainly isn't in the spirit of it. As an aside, what you use for managing your source code is up to you. BCDC uses svn too, and source code releases are still in .RAR format, not as a dump of the whole repository (which includes the current as well as all past releases). --GargoyleMT 09:13, 9 January 2006 (EST)

- maybe you should fix the typo on 'Kadmila', it's been spelt incorrectly in both this wiki page and the forum page about the client. It's spelt 'Kademlia', which you surely could have seen in the revconnect source that the Kademlia code is from? --User:Corona 31 march 2006

I've updated the wiki. If you look at the page history, you'll see that the author himself (ostensibly, since he defended his release of the source as a subversion respository dump) contributed those bullet items.
