and just to tell you something the cerator of that page is not involved with ApexDC++ any way, so you cannot blame ApexDC++ (nor me) for misleading anyone... as a matter of fact you can only blame Ketsuron for misleading DC community. thread

The info was directly taken from http://www.apexdc.net/ - "Work continues on the planning and preparation for ApexDC++, though we are limited in what we can do until StrongDC++ RC11 is released. Big Muscle is doing his best to ensure that RC11 is stable, so we think it'll worth the wait!" - this led to the deduction that apex will at least be based on an RC11. -- Ketsuron 22:20, 24 May 2006 (EDT)
